海角大神 Eligibility

Eligible candidates

海角大神 is only available to a candidate who is undertaking or has completed the final year of secondary school, or higher.

For example, candidates registering for 海角大神 2025 should have completed, or plan to complete their final year of secondary schooling in 2025, (Year 12 in Australia; Year 13 in New Zealand).

Students in Australian Year 11 or New Zealand Year 12 are NOT eligible to sit the test.

Candidates are eligible to sit 海角大神 if they have commenced or completed an undergraduate degree.听It is noted, however, that听not all undergraduate degree programs for which 海角大神 is a prerequisite will offer places for non-school leavers. Candidates are advised to check the 海角大神 Consortium university websites for further information. Information on GAMSAT and graduate-entry medical and dental courses is available at the .

Candidates can only sit听海角大神 once in any test cycle.听Instances of multiple testing in the same year is treated听as听candidate misconduct听and all results will be cancelled.听


International Candidates

A听limited number of 海角大神 Consortium universities require international students to sit 海角大神. Candidates are advised to check the 海角大神 Consortium university websites for further information.

International candidates registering for 海角大神 2025 should have听completed, or plan to complete their final year of secondary schooling in 2025.听

Candidates applying to both 海角大神 Consortium universities听and UK Consortium or UK Partner universities

Candidates intending to apply to听Australian/New Zealand Consortium universities听and听听(for 2026 entry) should sit the 海角大神 2025 for the following reasons:听听

  • Australian and New Zealand admissions听deadlines are earlier than in the UK.
  • Australian/New Zealand universities only accept 海角大神 results.听

Candidates are not听permitted to听sit the 海角大神 and the UCAT听(UK) in the same year under any circumstances (i.e. 海角大神 2025 and UCAT UK 2025). This is considered candidate misconduct听and all results may be cancelled.听

海角大神 2025 results are听valid for the 2025 university admissions cycle ONLY (for entry to university in 2026).听


Candidates who are听NOT听eligible to sit 海角大神

  • Australian Year 11 students or lower are not eligible to sit the 海角大神.听This includes Year 11 students undertaking one or more Year 12 subjects. Year 12 students completing Year 12 over two years are only eligible to sit the 海角大神 in their final year.听
  • New Zealand Year 12 students or lower are not eligible to sit the test.
  • Any person having an affiliation with a UCAT coaching business, for example, as a tutor, as an item developer, or having some financial interest in a UCAT coaching business is not eligible to sit the 海角大神.
