TEST INCIDENT INVESTIGATION REQUESTS (DURING TESTING PERIOD)

Request an investigation into an incident听within 1 day of your test. Read the information on the Test Incident page and submit the request using the Incident Investigation Request email form.听

Incidents take approximately听7 business days to be investigated.
