Rest breaks
The听following test versions听include additional time for rest breaks:
- UCATANZ SA has听20 minutes听available for听rest breaks.
- UCATANZ SENSA has 25% extra test time with听25 minutes听available for听rest breaks.
If you are approved to sit one of these versions of the test, you should familiarise yourself with the functionality to pause your test to take rest breaks.
We are unable to integrate this functionality into our practice materials, therefore please watch the video tutorial and read the instructions below carefully before your test day.

Important!
- Candidates can pause the test to take a rest break.听
- You are limited to a听maximum of 3 rest breaks听in听each section听(subtest or introduction screen).
- When you take a rest break, the time is deducted from your total rest break time allowance.听
- During rest breaks, you do not have access to test content as your computer screen is obscured.听You are听not permitted to use your notebook or noteboards during rest breaks for any purpose including actively working on test questions.
- In the event听candidates are observed actively working on the test during a rest break, this may be reported to the 海角大神 Office and investigated as potential听candidate misconduct. Exam logs may be reviewed to check this behaviour.
